Una reconocida empresa consultora busca un Ingeniero Senior en Terreno y Túneles para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. Este puesto involucra la coordinación de equipos de diseño y la gestión de proyectos de ingeniería en entornos multiculturales. Se requiere experiencia en el diseño y la gestión de proyectos de transporte y agua, así como conocimientos en software específico como Geoestudi. Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en diseño de ingeniería de terreno y túneles.
• Conocimientos de regulaciones y normas internacionales.
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma dentro de los procedimientos establecidos.

• Trabajar dentro de un equipo de ingeniería de terreno y túneles.
• Coordinar y liderar equipos de diseño pequeños en el diseño de ingeniería de terreno.
• Preparar entregables de proyectos complejos, supervisar y mentorear personal junior.

We are currently recruiting for a Ground and Tunnelling Senior Engineer to join our team. You will work on stages from feasibility studies to detailed designs across various projects. Our clients are from both the private and public sectors, including long-term Framework Agreements with local authorities and design-build commissions for major contractors. Our office has a strong track record in roadway designs across the USA, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. You may work on iconic transportation projects as part of a diverse, multicultural team in the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain).

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Working as part of a ground and tunnelling engineering team with engineers across different EC offices (Poland, Spain, India, etc.).
• Undertaking non-routine, medium-complex projects supported by EC.
• Coordinating and leading small design teams focused on ground engineering design (bearing capacity, earthworks, stability, settlement analysis, etc.) and tunnelling.
• Conducting non-complex value engineering evaluations, determining alternative designs, materials, and construction techniques.
• Working autonomously within established procedures and practices, setting work priorities.
• Performing quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings and participating in interdisciplinary reviews.
• Ensuring project technical goals, milestones, and budgets are met.
• Preparing complex project deliverables, supervising, and mentoring junior staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Proven experience in ground and tunnelling engineering design, collaborating with international and multicultural teams (>7 years) on transportation and water projects.
• Knowledge of international regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in ground engineering and tunnelling software such as Geoestudi.
