Job summary

Partner Company in Spain seeks a Senior GEO/SEO Consultant to drive organic growth and strengthen digital visibility for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead end-to-end SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives from consultation through execution, collaborating with developers, content teams, and data analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience developing and implementing SEO and GEO strategies.
• Proven track record of managing complex client engagements, leading projects end-to-end, and delivering measurable organic growth.
• Strong technical SEO expertise, including technical audits, website performance analysis, and optimization.
• Deep knowledge of content optimization, AI search algorithms, and generative answer engines.
• Experience managing leads, consulting with clients, and translating strategic insights into clearly defined project opportunities.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools such as Semrush, Sistrix, and Screaming Frog, as well as web analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SEO and GEO engagements, combining strategic consulting with technical analysis and hands-on optimization.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization strategies for local and international clients.

• Advise clients and stakeholders on SEO and GEO strategies, providing actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Manage incoming leads and potential client opportunities, ensuring prospects receive strategic guidance.
• Lead client engagements from initial consultation through project definition and execution.
