Responsibilities

• You will own every aspect of the game’s design: core, meta, monetization.
• It is a generalist role for an experienced game designer, unafraid to touch any aspect of the game: from systems to content to economy to UX.
• You will be responsible for the roadmap of one game, at least three versions ahead. We release every 3 weeks and do not compromise delivery times.
• Based on the roadmap, you will need to scope the features and present them to the development team using the necessary tools for this, written and visual.
• You will need to make sure the features are delivered according to your specs, without compromising deadlines and making necessary adjustments on the go.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years as a game designer on top free-to-play Live Games (mobile or PC).
• 3+ years creating content in Unity (levels, balancing, prototyping of any kind).
• 2+ years of feature ownership experience in a fast development cycle.
• 1+ years of prioritizing by business need.
• Experienced in working remotely and accomplished and analyzed at least 50 AB tests as a game designer.
• Minimum B2 level of written and spoken English.
• Deeply engaged player of at least 5 top-grossing mobile free-to-play games.
• Available in the Central European Time Zone (CET +/-2h).
