The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of experience in game analytics, strong SQL skills, and a deep passion for mobile gaming.

In our fast-paced, tech-driven environment, we continuously innovate by developing and updating our proprietary modules, along with integrating third-party ones, to enhance game functionalities, ensure precise analytics, and comply with evolving regulations.
This dynamic ecosystem requires meticulous coordination to keep our games at the forefront of technology and user experience.

We are looking for a Senior GameData Analyst to join our Data Analytics team and collaborate with the Game Managers for New Games and Tech Managers to enhance our mobile gaming experience. Passionate about games, you will play a key role in defining performance objectives and improvement recommendations for each game version, ensuring our systems remain stable and our data is accurate.
Based in Paris or Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Data Analytics Manager, Game Managers, Tech Managers, and other Analytics team members to deliver high-end analytics solutions and actionable business insights that drive our innovation forward.

Your future responsibilities and scope:
    • Collaborate with the Game Managers for New Games to analyze game performance, understand player behavior, and define key objectives for each game version.
    • Proactively suggest gameplay improvements based on analytics and a deep understanding of game mechanics.
    • Partner with Tech Managers to assess system stability, monitor data integrity, and support continuous performance improvements.
    • Conduct in-depth analyses across critical stages of the game lifecycle, including initial release, A/B testing, module performance, and comparative 50/50 assessments.
    • Design and optimize Events Tracking for new game features or updates.
    • Define strategic business questions and track relevant KPIs for every game version and other key areas.
    • Engage daily with the production team to recalibrate success metrics and explore promising A/B testing opportunities.
    • Develop and refine our game analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
    • Communicate effectively across teams—from managers and the game team to analytics and growth—ensuring everyone stays aligned.
    • Perform data crunching and build insightful dashboards both on demand and through proactive initiatives.
    • Work in an agile environment while maintaining a clear and strategic analytics roadmap.
The profile we are looking for:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and a pragmatic mindset for balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
    • 5+ years of proven experience in game / product analytics or a related role
    • A deep passion for mobile gaming.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and drive change through data.
    • Familiarity with key gaming and advertising KPIs.
    • High level SQL skills and proven experience in data-driven problem-solving.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Looker).
    • Autonomy and decision-making skills, with transparency and regular stakeholder updates.
    • Excellent communication skills: concise, constructive, and adaptable to different teams and expertise levels.
    • Sharp analytical thinking—able to pinpoint the most relevant metrics to answer complex questions.
