The Gameloft Barcelona Studio has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Game Community Manager to join their team working on Disney Speedstorm.

As a Senior Game Community Manager, you will be part of a passionate team of social media and community experts dedicated to creating rewarding experiences for our engaged players and fans worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include fostering healthy communities on key channels, developing engaging content, and working with a Junior Community Manager to gather feedback and improve player experiences. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming communities are essential.

Responsibilities include :

• Community Channel & Content Strategy — 50 to 60%
• Campaign & Community Activation Development — 20%
• Planning, Project Management, Social Media Tools — 20%

Key Performance Indicators :

• Impact on game KPIs
• Sentiment and community feedback
• Community retention and engagement metrics

Qualifications include 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the video game industry, a passion for gaming, KPI-driven mindset, experience with social media tools, and excellent relationship-building skills. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with positive energy and team spirit.
