Formación

• 5+ years of daily experience with HRIS or ATS implementations.
• Experience as a technology implementation consultant with over three customer go-lives.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

• Drive discovery, demo, and design sessions with the customer’s Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management teams to understand their business needs and map them to functional requirements.
• Recommend future state workflows, challenge, and guide the customer through implementing Eightfold (eightfold.ai).
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on business process evolution to drive robust outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the talented formal technical team to assess the feasibility of requirements and customize the solution delivered to the customer.
• Work closely with the Engagement Manager, who will drive the project based on agile methodology.
• Demonstrate the solution's functionalities and train the customer’s team.

WHAT YOU BRING :

• Experience as a technology implementation consultant with over three customer go-lives under your belt.
• 5+ years of daily experience with HRIS or ATS implementations.
• Understanding of HR processes and HR data management in a large organization.
• Initiative to tackle tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement.
• Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and face challenges.
• Courage to address difficult issues and voice what needs to be said.
