Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a startup.
• Strong experience in frontend and backend development.
• Experience with cloud environments and Kubernetes.

Your mission :

With +1.5M users and +170M audio plays, you are crucial to the maintenance, design, and scaling of our platform. You have full ownership across all our platform and work closely with our CTO to deliver new features and provide solid tech solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Implement new features across all our stack, from the backend to the frontend.

Technologies include Elixir, Ruby, Typescript, and React or Next.js. Aim for high coverage (high 90s%) on all projects.

• Maintain, design, and scale our platform.

Our platform is on AWS, based on EKS, and served via Netlify.

• Work closely with Marketing and Product squads.

Be crucial to the decision and implementation of features that support our business goals.

• Report directly to the CTO, challenge the status quo, and work together in defining the future of our platform.

Role specific requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally within a startup or high-growth setup.
• You have worked in both backend and frontend, with a solid understanding of each.
• Extended experience with cloud environments, Kubernetes, DevOps, monitoring, and observability.
• User-centric mindset with an understanding of business metrics.
