Factorial is hiring a Fullstack Engineer in Barcelona to build scalable user experiences and customer-facing portals. You'll work in a collaborative environment with a team of over 250 developers, using Ruby on Rails and React. The role involves designing systems that integrate internal platforms while improving user interactions. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience, strong skills in API development and user experience with a focus on reliability. Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on backend systems or full-stack product development.
• Experience building customer-facing platforms, or SaaS applications with strong attention to usability and reliability.
• Solid experience designing and maintaining production-grade APIs and backend services.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating multiple systems and services (internal platforms, third-party APIs, authentication systems, etc.).
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver features end-to-end—from design to production.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop customer-facing portals, enabling users to manage subscriptions and access services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable user experiences.
• Build robust backend services and APIs to power portal workflows.
• Take ownership of features from architecture to production monitoring.
