Main responsibilities :

Work across the full stack to design, develop, and implement new features using Ruby, Rails, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web components.

Write and maintain clean, efficient, and reliable code for both front-end and back-end systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing and new code to ensure the smooth and continuous operation of web applications.

Maintain and optimize APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces with a focus on delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences.

Core skills / experience :

6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a strong background in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.

Proven track record of modernizing legacy systems, including migrations from monoliths to microservices or cloud-native architectures.

Solid experience designing and implementing reusable web components for dynamic and scalable UI development.

Strong expertise in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications in AWS environments (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3).

Deep understanding of API design and management, ensuring reliability and high availability.

Proficient in building responsive, intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

Skilled in agile methodologies and modern development workflows,

including Git and CI / CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and services like Lambda, EC2, and S3.

Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as Backbone, Aurelia, React, Vue.js, or Angular.

Familiarity with building web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Backbone, Aurelia, React, Vue.js, or Angular.
