The role involves leading development of scalable applications, focusing on Python and React technologies. Proficiency in English and willingness for occasional trips to Lisbon are necessary.

Our client is a fast-growing startup on a mission to revolutionize the deskless work experience. They have developed a management platform that simplifies operations such as scheduling and payroll. With over 3.8 billion deskless workers worldwide, the platform offers features like scheduling, time tracking, task management, communication tools, chat, knowledge base, help desk, HR & people management, recognition & rewards, documentation, and training.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Fullstack Developer to further enhance this management platform. The ideal candidate will build a user-friendly, fast, reliable, and scalable product, addressing a wide range of technical challenges from UI responsiveness to backend scalability.

Requirements :

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable applications with both frontend and backend technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Python.
• 3+ years of experience with React, including State Management libraries like MobX and Redux.
• Expert-level experience with MongoDB and MySQL.
• Deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable, message-driven systems.
• Experience with AWS and Azure.
• Ability to evaluate architecture options and select optimal solutions.
• Experience scaling services to millions of users.
• Understanding of web technology complexities, constraints, UI / UX considerations.
• Startup mindset with proactive, ownership-driven approach; experience in product companies is advantageous.
• At least B2 level English proficiency.
• Willingness for occasional business trips to Lisbon.
