Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full Stack Web Developer to drive the technical vision and execution of our digital products. In this role, you will not only be building and maintaining scalable web applications but also mentoring other developers, leading architectural discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of our technology stack.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
   • Design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications from front-end to back-end.
   • Define best practices and set technical standards, ensuring robust architecture and high performance.
   • Lead code reviews, drive improvements, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
2. Full Stack Development
   • Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., NextJS, React).
   • Develop and maintain robust server-side applications with Node.js, Express, and other related technologies.
   • Integrate with cloud services, third-party APIs, and data sources while ensuring data security and compliance.
3. DevOps & Automation
   • Implement CI / CD pipelines and leverage containerization tools (Docker) to streamline deployments.
   • Maintain a reliable and scalable production environment.
   • Monitor application performance and proactively resolve issues.
4. Work closely with the product manager, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Mentor and coach other developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
6. Participate in agile development cycles and contribute to strategic planning and sprint reviews.
7. Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations to enhance our tech stack.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to an innovative, growth-oriented culture.
9. Ensure our applications not only meet current needs but are also flexible enough for future expansion.

Who You Are

• Experienced & Strategic: You bring at least 7+ years of proven experience in full stack development, with a strong portfolio of scalable web applications.
• DevOps-Minded: Familiar with containerization (Docker) and CI / CD tools (Github Actions, Gitlab CI, etc.), with an understanding of cloud deployments.
• Leadership-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and drive architectural decisions.
• Problem Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing technical challenges with user-centric solutions.
• Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish or Catalan) are a plus.
