Position: Senior Full Stack Developer (React & Python)

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React and Python for a long-term international project with a key client based in Switzerland. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing, testing, and maintaining robust full-stack applications using React and Python.
2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Europe.
3. Participating in design discussions, sprint planning, and code reviews.
4. Working independently and taking ownership of key features.
5. Communicating effectively in English with stakeholders, mainly based in Switzerland.

Recruitment Process

1. A 10-15 minute call with our Talent Acquisition team.
2. A video call to introduce our company and working style.
3. A video call or in-person meeting with our Business Managers to discuss technical details and the project.
4. A final meeting with the client.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Based in Spain, preferably Barcelona.
3. 5+ years of software development experience.
4. Proven hands-on experience with React and Python.
5. Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
6. Comfortable working independently and remotely.
7. Availability to work during Swiss business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CET/CEST).
8. Immediate availability is a strong plus.
