This is a strategic role for someone excited about being part of a growing company and contributing to building a high-quality, specialized product.In this role, you will be primarily responsible for customizing and developing Odoo modules to align with Hakika’s proprietary finance and private equity workflows. You’ll also work closely with onboarding and supporting clients, understanding their specific requirements and customizing our platform to meet their specific needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and optimize scalable Odoo-based system architectures.Contribute to long-term technical planning and continuous improvement initiatives.2. Custom DevelopmentCustomize and develop Odoo modules to support evolving fund structures and workflows.3. Client-Facing Implementation and SupportCollaborate with onboarding teams and directly with clients to understand bespoke requirements.Tailor system functionality to meet specific operational and reporting workflows.Provide ongoing technical support, bug fixes, and performance enhancements.4. Systems IntegrationIntegrate Odoo with third-party platforms (e.G., APIs, Streamlit) as part of a unified data ecosystem.5. Code QualityEnsure clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with best practices.6. TrainingAssist in training clients and preparing training material.Requirements5+ years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3+ years working specifically with Odoo (familiarity with v18 is a plus).Deep knowledge of Odoo architecture, ORM, workflows, and customization.Strong experience with :
