X-Team is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React & Node.js) to join our FinTech platform and modernize high-throughput financial infrastructure for 500,000+ users. You will work in a remote-first squad, delivering end-to-end features across backend services and a responsive frontend dashboard.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building and operating scalable, high-traffic web applications.
• Backend mastery in Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Frontend proficiency with modern React, State Management (Redux/Zustand), and TypeScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and Redis, including data modeling and migrations.
• Testing with Jest, React Testing Library, and end-to-end tools (Cypress or Playwright).
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and build end-to-end features across backend microservices and frontend web applications.
• We operate as a remote-first, high-bandwidth squad with pair programming and active collaboration.
• Own incident response and performance optimizations across the stack.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to automate boilerplate code and streamline testing.
