Xe is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own real problems end-to-end, from API design through frontend to backend services, and to lead delivery of customer-facing features. You will move money in production and shape the platform stack in a small team with direct access to product, design, and compliance.

You’ll own architecture in your domain, lead design reviews, mentor mid-level engineers, and partner with architects to drive cross-domain decisions, while using AI tools daily across

Formación

• 6–10+ years building production web applications.
• Frontend proficiency with Vue.js/React.
• Backend proficiency in C#/.NET; other OOP welcome.
• Strong SQL and relational databases.
• Writing and maintaining tests.
• Experience with AWS, CI/CD, and modern deployment patterns.
• System design and microservices experience.
• Payments or regulated industry experience.
• Leadership: mentoring and architecture decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own features across the stack that move money and manage multi-currency balances, onboarding, KYC, and payments.
• Lead delivery of customer-facing features from UI to services behind them.
• Own production health, reliability, observability, on-call, and incident response.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with product, design, and compliance from problem framing through launch.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and participate in design reviews and domain architecture decisions.
• Leverage AI tools daily across the SDLC and modernize legacy services with architects.
