UST is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join an international project in private banking and wealth management. You will be part of a cross-functional DevOps-oriented team building secure, scalable digital banking solutions.

The role suits engineers passionate about software excellence, backend and frontend work, and contributing to high-impact products in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Responsabilidades

• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model.
• Design, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.
• Work closely with Solution Architects to align developments with architecture strategy.
• Contribute to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Promote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle.
