In this role, you'll leverage your 5+ years of experience in building modern web applications using PHP and Laravel while working collaboratively in a cross-functional team. You will be responsible for designing backend services, ensuring application performance, and collaborating with team members to enhance user-friendly features.

Job Title : Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location : Remote

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience building modern web applications, ideally using Laravel and Vue.js or React . You’ll work with a cross-functional team to build secure, scalable, and user-friendly features across a modern web application platform.

Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using PHP (Laravel)
• Work with AWS services including S3, SQS, and RDS (MySQL)
• Utilize Redis for caching and queuing
• Maintain and improve application performance, including debugging memory usage and potential leaks
• Write and maintain infrastructure configuration with Helm / Kubernetes (basic level)
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Occasionally support frontend work (Vue / Nuxt 2) when necessary

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of backend development experience with PHP and Laravel
• Strong experience with MySQL and Redis in production environments
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, SQS, RDS)
• Proficient with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and REST API design
• Experience analyzing and resolving performance or memory-related issues
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes and Helm charts
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment

Nice to Have :

• Experience with compliance-focused industries or regulatory platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluent, Redpanda, Snowflake, or Prefect.
• Interest in AI-assisted development, developer tooling, or workflow automation.
