The Workshop in Madrid is seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable platforms and applications for high-volume digital markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, security, and product to implement robust, future-ready software, while mentoring colleagues and exploring new technologies. This is a fast-paced, hybrid role with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience as a full-cycle software engineer: analysis > design > code/test > deployment > maintenance/support.
• Experience with continuous deployment and modern SDLC practices.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design and talent teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with quality, security, and product teams to improve design, delivery and quality.
• Contribute to strategic direction and roadmaps with architects and product managers.
• Design end-to-end features and own their delivery and stability across environments.
