Celonis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable software across the stack. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into effective technical solutions and high-quality user experiences.

You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in engineering standards, ensuring performance, reliability, and security across systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience developing and maintaining full-stack applications.
• Proficient in Java with NodeJS experience considered a plus.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks (Angular and/or React).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of cloud environments and deployment tools (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Proven ability to write well-tested, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions across the frontend and backend.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance through thoughtful design and testing.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to system architecture discussions and shape technical direction.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to foster learning and excellence.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance.
