Job summary

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own the AI-Native Applications stack for a European healthcare AI platform. You will build and operate production web apps across frontend, backend, and cloud, applying TypeScript/React and Java/Python/Kotlin/Go with AWS or GCP.

You will work in a founder-led environment with high autonomy, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions, data security, and scalable architectures while collaborating closely with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of production web applications frontend through backend and deployment.
• Strong TypeScript experience and hands-on knowledge of React.
• Experience with backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Python or Go.
• Strong SQL knowledge and schema design for complex workflows.
• Experience deploying/operating production apps on AWS or GCP.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code and verify outputs.
• High autonomy with a strong product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end-to-end.
• Work across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infra, and product workflows.
• Build modern UIs using TypeScript and React or similar frontend tech.
• Develop backend services using Java, Kotlin, Python, Go, or related languages.
• Design robust SQL schemas for real-time workflows.
• Deploy and operate apps in AWS or GCP environments.
• Use AI coding assistants, with rigorous review of outputs.
