MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group, Barcelona, Spain, seeks a Senior AI-First Full-Stack Engineer to own the full product stack in a fast-growing European tech company focused on an AI-powered healthcare workforce platform.

You will collaborate with a founder-led team, apply AI tools in daily development, and build secure, scalable systems across frontend, backend, and cloud services with a strong product emphasis.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Ownership of production web applications from frontend through backend and deployment.
• Strong TypeScript experience and hands-on knowledge of a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Professional experience with at least one backend language such as Java, Kotlin, Python, or Go.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience designing schemas for complex application workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating production applications on AWS or GCP.
• Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants.
• Ability to critically evaluate and verify AI-generated code rather than accepting output blindly.
• Strong product mindset and ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands‑on engineering position for someone who wants to own outcomes across the full product stack rather than work on isolated tickets or a single technical layer.

AI‑assisted development is part of the standard engineering workflow. The ideal candidate already uses AI coding tools every day, understands where they accelerate development, knows where they fail, and rigorously verifies the output they produce.

You will work in a small, highly technical, founder‑led environment with significant ownership over product and engineering decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate production web applications end to end.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The strongest candidate is a full‑stack product engineer who is comfortable owning an entire product surface and does not require a large platform team or a detailed specification before starting.

You should be comfortable working close to users and business teams, making technical decisions independently, and using AI as a real engineering tool rather than an occasional experiment.

Compensation

• Base salary between€60,000 and €90,000 gross annually , depending on experience.
• Early‑stage equity participation.

This opportunity isbased in Barcelona, Spain .
