Preply is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the CRM team to help shape communications across learners and tutors. You will build the platform powering our campaigns with Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend, while integrating AI-assisted workflows for faster, more reliable delivery.

Formación

Backend in Python/Django
Frontend in React/Typescript
Experience with CRM platforms and automation workflows
Braze experience is a plus, HTML templating knowledge is helpful

Responsabilidades

CRM Platform & Automation: evolve how communications are built and shipped, with AI-assisted workflows.
Back-end Development: design and own backend features and integrations with CRM stack.
UI Development: develop frontend in React/TypeScript and contribute to frontend best practices.
Implementation & Ownership: lead complex initiatives from discovery to deployment.
Raising the Bar: drive engineering excellence through reviews and best practices.
Data‑Driven Product Development: collaborate with Product/Data/UX to maximize customer value.
System Design: shape architectural direction for scalable, reliable systems.
Prioritisation & Decision-Making: navigate ambiguity and align investments with goals.
Technical Leadership: influence direction beyond scope and mentor teammates.
Chasing Excellence: continuously improve engineering culture and output.
