We’re looking for aSenior Fullstack Developerto join the Atender Labs team in Málaga. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the evolution of our AI-driven customer support platform, helping shape the future of how businesses deliver support at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop:You’ll play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. As we enter an exciting phase of rapid platform expansion, there’s no shortage of greenfield opportunities, expect to ship a lot of code that matters.
• Innovation:Shape the future of our platform by implementing cutting-edge web interfaces and integrating seamlessly with AI providers. Your work will directly enhance user experience, streamline operations, and unlock insights from large-scale data.

About you

Your Expertise

• Backend:Proficient in C# and .NET, with a deep understanding of scalable service design.
• Frontend:Skilled in Vue.js or React.js, with experience using GraphQL to build modern APIs.
• Cloud:Solid experience deploying and operating applications in Microsoft Azure.
• Databases:Comfortable working with NoSQL technologies like CosmosDB.
• Messaging & Event Streaming:Practical knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Full Stack Mastery:You’ve delivered end-to-end systems involving everything from UI to backend services, security, networking, and infrastructure automation.
• AI Engineering:You’ve built and shipped AI-driven features such as RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems or conversational agents (chatbots).
• AI-First Development:You leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor or similar AI pair programmers) to streamline coding and accelerate delivery. Most of the code you ship is AI-assisted, but still driven by your engineering judgment.

Bonus

• Experience working with the Twilio Platform, especially Voice SDK and TaskRouter.
• Hands-on involvement in training and fine-tuning AI models.
• Impact-Oriented:You write code with purpose—always focused on business value, knowing when to perfect and when to pragmatically ship.
