Where And How We Work

We operate on a hybrid model, requiring one day per week in the office for London and Amsterdam-based employees, with flexibility to choose the day.

About the team

Our engineering teams focus on improving and scaling our platform, delivering value through innovative features, performance, and user experience. Teams include Organic, Monetisation, Integrations, Activation, Brand (V4T), and Editor Core.

About the role

What you will be doing

• Developing and enhancing features, leveraging AI to drive engagement and platform scalability, including working on Text-To-Video and Edit-by-Text features.
• Collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams to create seamless user experiences.
• Running experiments to improve metrics like user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Building modern, responsive UIs with Next.js for product and marketing pages.
• Optimizing platform performance for scalability and reliability.

Our Stack

• Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS for landing pages and web apps.
• Product: React.js and Redux.
• Backend: Fastify, gRPC, Prisma, TypeScript, Node.js.

About You

• Proactive with a strong motivation to understand product and technical challenges.
• Good knowledge of TypeScript and web technologies.
• Experience with AI / LLMs is a plus.
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating across teams.
• Skilled in testing and quality assurance.
• Excellent communicator, able to work asynchronously and explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enjoys shipping features regularly and making an impact.
