A leading SaaS Scaleup based in Barcelona seeks an experienced internal tools engineer. In this role, you will develop internal dashboards and automation tools, directly influencing company productivity while collaborating closely with top management. This opportunity also allows remote work within the EU and covers strategic responsibilities to enhance company success.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience focusing on internal tools for over 2 years at the same company.
• Proficient in end-to-end software development.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects end-to-end within the productivity engineering area.
• Build internal tools for the entire Scaleup.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and business leads.

Your Responsibilities:

• You own your projects end-to-end withinthe productivity engineering area.
• You build internal tools (dashboards, automations, integrations)for the whole Scaleup (Business Development, internal Support, Customer Care, Analytics).
• You remove bottlenecks and build tools tailored to the needs of non-technical teams.
• You improveinternal productivity.
• You take on strategic and operational ownership of the development in close collaboration with the CEO and business leads.
• You actively shape the future of the companies success.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Have worked for over 2 years at the same company on the same project, focusing on internal tools.
• Experienced inend-to-end software development, including planning, implementation, testing, automation and delivery.
• Expert in REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Proficient in React.
• Have developed internal dashboards, CRMs, workflow automations, bots and integrations to deliver analytics andalerts in real time.
• Possess strong business curiosity and are able to make technical decisions guided by business outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a low-hierarchy environment and eager to take ownership.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Thrive in a remote work setting.
