Project Description: As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will augment a high-profile team of business analysts, solution architects, and developers working on a strategic project for Group Accumulation Management.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions based on business requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. You should have a sound knowledge of agile software development, data modeling, and a keen interest in deepening your domain knowledge in Commercial Insurance, Risk & Accumulation Management.

Responsibilities: Work with IT Solution Architect to clarify business requirements and estimate development efforts; manage task breakdown and implement user stories; collaborate with Quality Assurance on issue resolution and change control; assist other teams with troubleshooting application or integration issues.

Mandatory Skills: Methodologies, software craftsmanship, and agile mindset; experience with test-driven development; understanding of test concepts like the test pyramid; creating and executing unit and integration tests; monitoring and debugging front-end flows; continuous integration practices using Azure DevOps; transforming high-level design into detailed design and implementation.

Programming Skills: 5+ years of .NET development experience including unit testing; 5+ years of database experience with MS SQL Server or similar; experience with full SDLC and agile development lifecycle using DevOps tools like CI/CD pipelines; 5+ years with XML, GIT/TFS, and code quality tools like SonarQube or Veracode; experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper; API development, MVC, Web Forms; experience with event-driven architectures, CQRS, SOLID principles; 2-3 years designing cloud-based solutions on Azure; strong adherence to clean code practices; knowledge of PowerBI.

Azure Skills: At least one Microsoft Azure certification (Associate level); proven experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid); creating workflows, orchestrating processes, messaging, API publishing, eventing; Azure governance; Azure networking; programming with Durable Azure Functions and Azure SQL.

General Skills: Advanced English skills; knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
