Core Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Node.js, optimized for cloud environments (AWS).
2. Implement business logic and ensure proper integration with PostgreSQL.
3. Optimize service performance for scalability in distributed environments.
4. Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for back-end code.
5. Collaborate with the Full-Stack Lead to define technical standards and solve complex problems.
6. Document services, architecture, and technical decisions.

Required Skills:

1. Advanced experience with Spring Boot and Node.js.
2. Strong knowledge of RESTful API design in distributed environments.
3. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including data modeling and SQL optimization.
4. Familiarity with microservices architectures on AWS.
5. Knowledge of web security and API protection in the cloud.
6. Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines.
7. Ability to resolve back-end performance issues.
8. Familiarity with containers and orchestrators in AWS (desirable).
9. AWS certifications (desirable).
10. Knowledge of investment concepts and private banking data models (desirable).
11. 4+ years of experience.
