We're looking for a technology expert for our unique SaaS B2B platform, which has facilitated the awarding of OVER ONE BILLION EUROS in construction bids. Who can effectively communicate with colleagues and can also act as a technical sparring partner to develop our platform further. Using mostly for the frontend part TypeScript and React, moving away from Dart.

Conditions:

1. Team structure: Four backend Devs + DevOps + Two Frontend Devs + Frontend Lead + Two QA’s + Engineering Lead.
2. Performance: High-performance team! Most of them are selected out of around 300 applicants for their job.
3. Hackathons: Monthly. To try something new and stay ahead of the upcoming technology.

9. Working method: Agile. Using Confluence and Jira for project- and task management.

Tasks: Switch from Dart to React this year. Get used with Next.js and react based micro frontends.

Equipment: You get what you need.

Politics: None. Decisions within 24 hours. We prefer to think and decide for ourselves.

Meetings: No bullshit meetings. Only meetings that are really necessary.

What we are looking for:

1. Experience: You have 5 years of experience developing software with a similar frontend tech stack.
2. Migration: You have experience in migrating Angular to React or similar.
3. Nice to have: Project or team lead experience.
4. Language: You can communicate in English (C1). German language skills would be a plus.
5. Self-structured: You have a very well work structure, and you know how to prioritize.
