THE ROLE :

• Work closely with the Technical Lead to provide delivery estimates and manage tasks throughout the development lifecycle
• Support and develop projects from requirements to design and release
• Ensure attention to quality, maintainability, performance and testing
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes
• Keep our data separated and secure across national boundaries through multiple data centers and AWS regions
• Manage technical optimization for maximum speed and scalability
• Help shape company and engineering culture as an early-stage hire

WHO YOU ARE :

• 8+ years of frontend development experience with strong coding skills in React using Typescript
• Experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM framework) and Continuous Integration practices
• Real-world experience developing highly scalable solutions using micro-service architecture designed to democratize data to everyone in an organization
• Degree in Computer Science, related field or a background in design
• Ability to thrive in a highly demanding, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
• Highly flexible, good tolerance for ambiguity, and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities
• A top performer with a proactive approach who has a “doer” & problem-solver mentality
• An exceptional team player with strong communication skills
• English proficiency is preferred but not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE :

The expected starting salary range for this position in Madrid is between €50,000 - €65,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
