About the Project

At Datasport, we serve over 500,000 athletes annually with our digital services. Our core applications include :

• Online Registration : A user-facing website where athletes register for events.
• Event Management (CRM) : An internal system for managing and tracking event registrations.
• MyDatasport App : A platform where athletes can view their registrations and results.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of Datasport’s digital platform. In this position, you’ll lead the development of intuitive, high-performance interfaces across our core products — including our athlete-facing registration portal, internal CRM tools, and the MyDS application.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design and deliver user-facing features
• Maintain and enhance our React-based front-end codebase across key platforms
• Translate product requirements into elegant, efficient, and scalable front-end solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvements, code refactoring, and technical debt reduction
• Participate actively in team discussions, technical planning, and architectural decision-making
• Stay current with front-end technologies and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table
• Take ownership during a pivotal time of technical transformation as the company prepares for acquisition

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as Front-End developer
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with CRM systems .
• Experience working with Back-End / Middleware / Front-End model
• Good German spoken level.
