As the Senior People Operations Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a thriving organizational culture. This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you will work across core people functions, with a strong focus on Talent Management, Talent Development, and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, driving initiatives that support growth, engagement, and operational excellence.

Your impact

1. People Operations: Oversee HR processes across the employee lifecycle; contribute to policy implementation ensuring legal compliance; leverage data for insights on engagement, retention, and performance.
2. Talent Management: Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and plan workforce needs to meet business objectives.
3. Learning and Development: Lead impactful L&D programs, facilitate workshops, and develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness aligned with business goals.
4. Talent Development: Improve performance management, create career development plans, and promote internal mobility and succession planning.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a culture of feedback, collaboration, and inclusivity; lead DEI initiatives.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Business Partner, or similar roles, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Expertise in talent management, learning and development, and talent development.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices with a global perspective.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with experience in HR analytics.
• Passionate about fostering inclusive and innovative cultures.
