Job Description

1. Lead the technical design and development of complex frontend features and applications using React.
2. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices and standards.
3. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement user interfaces and features.
4. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
5. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
6. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.
7. Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering their growth.
8. Stay updated with latest frontend technologies and trends.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues.

Qualifications

1. Proven track record of 5+ years in frontend development.
2. Deep expertise in React and core principles.
3. Experience with modern build tools (e.g., npm/yarn, Webpack, Babel).
4. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling.
5. Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress.
6. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
8. Strong communication skills suitable for a remote environment.
9. Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
10. Nice to have: knowledge of Fintech or payments development.
11. Bonus points: experience with Vue, startup environment, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), UI/UX principles.
