22DOGS. 22DOGS, a creative VFX studio with locations in Milan, Tenerife, and Los Angeles, is looking for experienced Senior Compositors to join our growing team for an exciting new project. This freelance opportunity is ideal for talented compositors based in Italy who are ready to work in fast-paced, high-end VFX environments.

Overview

As a Senior Compositor, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality shots that meet the visual and creative standards of the production. You’ll work closely with our VFX Supervisor and CG team, integrating 2D and 3D elements into live-action plates to ensure seamless photorealism.

This is a remote-friendly role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-end, photorealistic compositing work for complex shots
• Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor and production team to meet project deadlines and creative goals
• Integrate CG elements, perform clean-up, roto, and tracking where needed
• Manage shot continuity and look development across sequences
• Identify and solve creative or technical issues proactively
• Maintain consistent quality and workflow standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional compositing experience in commercials, music videos, or film/TV
• Proficiency with Nuke (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of color space, grading, and image integration
• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union
