Formación

• 5-10 years of financial work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a Finance / FP&A team.
• Experience in a virtual working environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the financial FP&A functions within the company.
• Build and maintain reports, forecasts, and create an internal team.
• Conduct actual vs. budget analysis.
• Create economic models and analyze existing information.
• Prepare presentations for the Management Team.
• Perform weekly and monthly analysis on customer activity.

Financial work experience

They are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, this person will be an expert in reporting and help build a small team improving FP&A processes across the business. The role can be done remotely with quarterly travel. Preference for candidates based in Gibraltar, Spain, Georgia, Dubai, or Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leading the financial FP&A functions within the company
• Building & maintaining reports, forecasts, and creating an internal team
• Actual vs. budget analysis
• Creating economic models and analysing existing information
• Preparation of presentations to the Management Team
• Weekly and Monthly analysis on customer activity and ad hoc reporting

Requirements :

• 5-10 years of financial work experience
• Experience in online gaming
• At least 2-3 years of experience managing a Finance / FP&A team
• Excellent knowledge of reporting software and implementation
• High proficiency with Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills and experience balancing multiple projects
• Multitasking in nature
• Strong analytical abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and a person who is comfortable working in a virtual environment daily
