Havaianas Europe - an Alpargatas Brand is seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst – Commercial Expenses Controller to join our Finance team in Madrid. You will lead planning, forecasting, consolidation, and governance of Commercial Expenses, partnering with budget owners and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy and drive cost efficiency.

This role delivers timely management reporting, builds financial models, analyzes cost drivers, and identifies opportunities to optimize costs

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A/financial controlling experience; strong cost analysis.
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI) skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and fixed cost analysis.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual Budget, Rolling Forecast, Strategic Plan, and monthly close.
• Consolidate financial information across functions, markets, and channels.
• Deliver timely management reporting with trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Provide insights to improve cost efficiency and performance.
• Lead planning and monitoring of Commercial Expenses across the organization.
