Ferrovial is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Madrid to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The role involves close collaboration with Finance and business teams to provide valuable financial insights and drive decision-making across the organization.

The candidate should have a strong background in FP&A or management control, excellent Excel skills, and experience with SAP/ERP and BI tools. English proficiency is required for cross-border collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree or postgraduate studies in Finance, Management Control, Business Analytics, or related disciplines is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience in FP&A / Management Control / Financial auditing or consulting with a finance focus.

Responsabilidades

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with strong financial insights.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management and committees.
• Analyze variances between actual results, budget, and forecasts to identify drivers and actions.
• Participate in monthly closing and ensure accurate allocation of revenues and costs.
