Ferrovial is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the group. You will provide financial insights, build management reports and collaborate with Finance and business units.

The role requires a strong background in FP&A with 4+ years, advanced Excel, SAP/ERP, and BI tools; fluency in English; and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a highly international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Management Control / FP&A.
• High level of English (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel and SAP/ERP, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Budgeting and monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for senior management and committees.
• Analyze variances and monitor performance; provide insights and actions.
• Support monthly close and improve reporting tools and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to management.
