Thoughtworks in Riyadh anchors a Tech Principal role leading technical strategy and execution on lighthouse CXPD projects. You guide architecture, AI engineering, and executive collaboration across pods, reporting to the CXPD leadership and shaping multi-region engagements.

Expect hands-on prototyping, client storytelling, and mentorship of engineers to deliver production-grade, lovable products within ambitious timelines.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript with production code experience.
• Hands-on with major LLM providers and AI tooling, including evaluation and observability.
• Experience delivering scalable architectures and AI-first product initiatives.
• Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive technical strategy for lighthouse projects across pods.
• Lead prototyping, testing, and architectural decisions for AI-enabled products.
• Coordinate with product, design, and engineering to ensure delivery cadence.
• Present technical options to executives and client partners, shaping engagements.
• Mentor engineers, share reusable practices, and promote secure, compliant delivery.
