zooplus is seeking a seasoned forecasting professional to monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions across Demand, Inventory, and Sales teams. You will own the end-to-end forecasting process, translate business needs into technical requirements, and present KPI insights to support S&OP and execution, working in a hybrid setup.

Formación

• University degree with quantitative analytics focus.
• Proven experience with statistical forecasting models in a fast-paced environment (CPG/FMCG).
• Ability to read and query data with SQL; advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Tableau is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor forecasting performance and proactively initiate corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Run end-to-end forecasting process and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Develop, maintain and present reports on forecasting KPI and root causes of deviations.
• Contribute forecasting insights to Sales and Operations Planning and execution processes.
• Lead initiatives to standardize and simplify forecasting processes, tools and data flows.
• Own the end-to-end forecasting process and foster a collaborative environment.
