Zooplus in Madrid is seeking a Senior Forecasting Manager to own end-to-end forecasting processes and drive data-driven decisions across Demand, Inventory and Sales teams.

You will build reports, refine forecasting tools, and collaborate with global stakeholders in a hybrid setting, with opportunities for travel to approved locations. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on analytics and a path to leadership within a dynamic, multinational pet e-commerce company.

Formación

• Widely quantitative degree focused on analytics or STEM fields.
• 5+ years in forecasting roles (sales/demand/SKU).
• Strong SQL, Excel and BI reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor and analyze forecasting performance and pro-actively initiate corrective actions with key stakeholders.
• Run end-to-end forecasting and translate business needs into technical requirements for development.
• Develop, maintain and present regular and ad-hoc reports on forecasting KPI and root causes of deviations.
• Provide actionable forecasting insights to Sales and Operations Planning and execution processes.
• Lead standardization and simplification of forecasting processes, tools and data flows.
• Own the end-to-end forecasting process and foster collaboration and innovation.
