Sanofi is seeking a Lead - Global Forecasting in Barcelona to partner with Commercial, Finance and Market Research. You will own long-range forecasts, design scenarios, and provide strategic insights while aligning with GTMC standards.

The role requires strong analytical skills, pharma forecasting experience, and the ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership. Based in Barcelona, this position reports to the Lead, Forecasting – Model/Automated.

Formación

• BA/BS in a life sciences or related field with minimum seven years in pharma/biotech forecasting.
• Strong analytical and forecasting modeling skills with proven Excel expertise.
• Experience communicating complex forecast results to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with GTMC processes and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead long-term and short-term forecasting for the Sanofi portfolio across indications.
• Develop and communicate forecast assumptions, scenarios, and results to Commercial and Finance teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Market Access, and Research to gather inputs for robust models.
• Support forecast governance, quarterly/annual planning, and S&OP cycles.
• Mentor hub teams and ensure alignment of local forecasts with Global guidance.
• Create presentations for leadership reviews and cross-functional meetings.
