Indie Campers is seeking a Senior Operations Support Agent to physically prepare and maintain fleet readiness at our Barcelona depot. The role focuses on cleaning, stocking, minor repairs support, and efficient depot operations to ensure smooth rentals and returns.

You will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment requiring strong communication and reliability, with opportunities for growth across Rental, Operations, or Servicing within a dynamic, multicultural team.

Formación

• Must have a Driving License (Category B).
• Physically fit for active tasks and hands-on work.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent English is required; local language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• On-Demand Operational Support: assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, and quick fixes to avoid delays.
• Fleet Preparation and Cleaning: clean vehicles, equip campervans, check for damages after returns.
• Stock and Consumables Management: track and organise cleaning supplies and extras.
• Logistics and Depot Organisation: move campervans, assist suppliers, keep depot clean and safe.
• Operational and Coordination Support: prepare vehicles for pick-ups, assist with minor repairs, report issues.
