Félix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the core architecture of its fintech platform. You will contribute within one of the Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads, building scalable backend microservices and ensuring secure, compliant financial workflows.

You will collaborate across product, operations, and compliance teams, drive architectural decisions, and mentor engineers while delivering high-performance software for a global audience.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Proven track record of building, shipping, and iterating on software applications, particularly in Fintech domain.
• Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
• Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and practices like A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.
• Domain expertise in payments, disbursements, or compliance-driven platforms is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices across Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop and optimize secure, high-performance payment systems.
• Design robust disbursement services for timely fund transfers.
• Build onboarding, KYC, and compliance features in GRC.
• Design and manage scalable infrastructure for millions of daily requests.
• Leverage Google Cloud services to maintain distributed systems.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other teams to deliver holistic fintech solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve platform capabilities based on user feedback and analytics.
