This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. This position will be responsible for Business Performance Controlling for PETNET International and Advanced Accelerator Applications reporting to the Head of Finance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, analyze, and interpret financial data to support business objectives, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
2. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators to leadership.
3. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting.
4. Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement actions to improve financial performance.
5. Project Support: Provide financial support for special projects including capital investments.
6. Integration activities: Support various integration activities including ERP Implementation.
7. Cross-functional teams: Act as a liaison with multiple departments, including Molecular Imaging HQ, Accounting, Risk, and Internal Controls.
8. Assist the Head of Finance with ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills required, experience with D365 or SAP systems is a plus.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
7. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
