Job Description

As a Senior Associate, you will lead the credit rating process for our European corporate clients, conducting thorough analyses and producing accurate rating reports. This role requires collaboration with senior-level professionals, primarily CFOs, as well as regular travel within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit rating process for European corporate clients, analyzing quantitative and qualitative variables.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients under surveillance and take rating actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with senior-level professionals, primarily CFOs, during meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk analysis at a bank or similar institution.
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of credit analysis for Project Finance transactions is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, MBA, or technical background (math, engineering) would be valued positively.
• Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools.
