Independent M&A Advisory Role for Senior Executives

We seek C-level executives with previous senior management experience, a clear industry specialization, and a desire to become M&A Advisors within their industry of expertise. ONEtoONE welcomes these professionals into our organization and provides comprehensive M&A training, along with full support from investment bankers, analysts, search teams, and resources to facilitate successful deal execution.

ONEtoONE Corporate Finance Group is an international investment banking firm with offices worldwide, specializing in M&A advisory for the middle market. We have over 150 M&A advisors across more than 50 cities, focusing on global mid-market transactions.

We expect full dedication from our international network of M&A Advisors. Please note, we are not hiring employees or third-party service providers.

Senior Advisors play a leading role, partnering with investment bankers and sharing fees equally. They utilize our M&A tools, international brand, worldwide network, and back-office support—including deal originators, analysts, target finders, marketing assistants, lawyers, IT, and other specialists—all dedicated to deal generation.

Senior Advisors increase their income through deal creation, participation, and collaboration with a global team of M&A professionals.

Your Profile :

• Over 15 years of experience as a senior executive
• Clear sectoral expertise
• Strong finance and accounting skills
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, persuasive, resilient, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent command of English
• Training and support provided to become an M&A advisor in your sector
• A dedicated M&A team will support you
• Work remotely with access to a full back-office team and advanced search tools
• Leverage an international investment banking network for larger deals
• Access to a global network of dealmakers
