We are seeking a Senior Specialist, Regional Finance to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support within the region. This role involves creating and maintaining analytical dashboards, collaborating with financial analysts for FP&A analysis, supporting monthly reporting for leadership, and generating detailed reports on P&L drivers. The Senior Specialist will lead financial initiatives, monitor financial results, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure positive financial trends. This position is crucial for providing insights, supporting decision-making, and driving regional financial performance.

This opportunity is open to candidates based in Portugal, Spain, Poland, and Bulgaria.

Your Job Responsibilities

1. Create and maintain analytical dashboards to support financial analysis, including key profitability drivers, and present findings to stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with regional leadership for analysis and reporting, communicating variances effectively.
3. Develop detailed analytical reports related to P&L drivers.
4. Lead financial initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
5. Monitor financial results during monthly close processes.
6. Analyze variances and prepare materials for Monthly Business Review presentations.
7. Support the annual budget and forecast processes, providing relevant models and data.
8. Assist with data validation and analysis of financial metrics and KPIs.
9. Partner with business segment teams to gather data, identify trends, and fulfill management requests.
10. Review projects to ensure positive financial and utilization metrics, involving stakeholders as needed.
11. Generate ad hoc reports as required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis roles.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher); French is a plus.
• Experience with D365 system is advantageous.
• Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize financial information effectively.
• Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse teams.
• Demonstrated financial management and accounting experience.
• Technological savvy, with examples of process or system improvements.
• Experience working across multiple locations is beneficial.
• Resilience, tact, integrity, and credibility.
