The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing solutions, and leading the implementation of a new Finance ERP. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial accounting and ERP integration, ensuring alignment with project goals while collaborating with internal teams.

Formación

• Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in finance.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting modules like General Ledger and Asset Accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality assurance at each development stage.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead the migration and implementation of our new Finance ERP.

Responsibilities:

1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
2. Design and coordinate requirements analysis, process modeling, and ensure implementation within teams.
3. Develop project plans and estimates.
4. Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
5. Create test plans based on functional specifications.
6. Conduct quality assurance at each development stage.

Qualifications:

1. Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in finance, with expertise in Financial Accounting modules like General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and integration with controlling and management accounting.
2. Strong functional and technical experience in finance processes and ERP integration.
