The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of relevant experience, proficient in financial accounting and analysis, to ensure a seamless transition to new solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with finance partners, emphasizing the importance of technical specifications and quality assurance throughout the development stages.

Formación

• Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in finance.
• Expertise in Financial Accounting modules (General Ledger, Asset Accounting).
• Strong experience in finance processes and ERP integration.

The ideal candidate will work closely with finance partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and lead the migration and implementation of our new Finance ERP.

Responsibilities :

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Design and coordinate requirements analysis, process modeling, and ensure implementation within teams.
• Develop project plans and estimates.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Create test plans based on functional specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance at each development stage.

Qualifications :

• Over 7 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in finance, with expertise in Financial Accounting modules like General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and integration with controlling and management accounting.
• Strong functional and technical experience in finance processes and ERP integration.
