Job Opportunity : Senior Regional Finance Specialist

Are you seeking a dynamic company with daily new challenges and opportunities? Pharmalex, now part of Cencora, is a leading global service provider for the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in drug and medical device approval, market development, and product maintenance.

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Regional Finance to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support within the region. The role involves creating analytical dashboards, collaborating with financial analysts for FP&A analysis, supporting monthly leadership reporting, and generating detailed reports on P&L drivers. The Senior Specialist will lead financial initiatives, monitor results, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure positive financial trends, playing a vital role in decision-making and financial performance enhancement.

Location : Portugal, Spain, Poland, or Bulgaria

Your Responsibilities

• Create and maintain dashboards for financial analysis and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional leadership for analysis and reporting, communicating variances.
• Develop detailed reports on P&L drivers.
• Lead financial initiatives and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor financial results during monthly close processes.
• Analyze variances and prepare materials for Monthly Business Review presentations.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in data validation, preparation, and analysis of financial metrics and KPIs.
• Partner with business segment teams to gather data, identify trends, and fulfill management requests.
• Review projects to ensure positive financial and utilization metrics, involving stakeholders as needed.
• Generate ad hoc analysis reports as required.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in English (CEFR B2 or higher); French is a plus.
• Experience with D365 system and PowerBI is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize financial information effectively.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in diverse, multi-location teams.
• Experience with financial management and accounting systems.
• Technologically adept, with examples of process and system improvements.
• Resilience, tact, integrity, and credibility.
